Hi iFlyers,

V1.0.0.1 is ready for you. Below you will find an extensive list with all the items the team have attended to. We would like to thank you for all the feedback!

Make sure to read the “Footnote” at some of the items as those provide more insight.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, sound reported items will defer to a later update. We did not want to hold back the releases of v1.0.0.1 any longer. We do apologize for this.


There are 2 ways to obtain v1.0.0.1

1. 1. You can go to the product page, scroll down to the “Latest Service Pack” section and download the installer.

2. 2. You can do a clean installation via the Flight1 Agent “Library” (make sure to delete any left-over files the uninstall process did not remove).

In either of the above cases, you will have to reinstall any Liveries via the “GetLiveries 737MAX” tool.

Delete the following File: "autosave_Max8.save" in location - "Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\iFly737MAX\iFly\737MAX"


1. Crosswind Correction optimized.
2. LDG ALT flagged. - Fixed
3. VPilot P3D BATT bus connection aware.
4. Added option to Remove AoA indicator.
5. Removed Landing Gear diagram from SYS page when option disabled.
6. Improved A/P bank in cruise distance prediction.
7. EFIS panel BARO QNH green dialling. - corrected rounding issue.
8. Rudder Authority. - Increased
9. Abrupted FPS drop due to specific RNAV loading and strange NM reading. - Fixed
10. Option to mute all cockpit sounds from external views.
Footnote:
(The exterior perspective plays only the external sound effects, and the internal perspective plays the internal sound effects. The key question now is how to know whether the current perspective is "external" or "internal." P3D uses the last switched angle as the return value of the viewing angle. This means that if a user opens multiple perspectives and switches between those perspectives, P3D will only return the last switched perspective. Therefore, this problem cannot be solved.

11. New option added. "Hide all ground vehicles."
12. Rolling/rumble noise volume. – Reduced
13. Added option to disable Automatic Trim pre-set.
14. EFB suggesting 54 for SEL TEMP. - Corrected rounding issue
15. Added ability for Panel States to save Ground support and Door’s selections.
16. VNAV - Discontinuity - CRZ ALT issue. - Corrected
17. Trim value in ToolbarTip. - Cannot be changed, Removed tooltip
18. EFB T/O Performance checked and adjusted. - No BUG regarding ATM = MAX
19. CTR Fuel Tank "Low Pressure" light will illuminate for 1-2 seconds when Pump switch is turned on. - Implemented
20. Loop Magenta Line, EHAM. – Fixed
Footnote: CF followed by RF can show a disconnected line, this is normal behaviour.

21. Gear Horn Flap 15 Logic. - Updated
22. Crossing over T/C and T/D indication to clear. – Fixed
23. OFFSET. – Fixed
Footnote: Except for the curve in and out of OFFSET, due to technical reason there is no way to solve this curve problem currently.
Also fixed the problem that LNAV could not be reconnected due to excessive yaw distance after disconnecting AP in the OFFSET stage. |
Fixed an issue where IntelligentCruise could not be used during the OFFSET phase.

24. Single Engine taxi.
Footnote: This cannot be changed due to air/cfg created adverse effects.

25. Config tool not saving certain option selection changes. – Fixed
26. HUD DME missing. - Fixed
27. ACARS - Simbrief and Hoppie integrations.
Footnote: Due to technical reasons not considered at the moment, whether it will be in the future cannot give any timetable

28. GLS not aligned; Fixed
29. Stick Shaker request.
Footnote: (Filmed the controlled column during the test, even looking at it closely it is barely visible...), conclusion.
Taking in consideration animation bone effect this is performance intensive to do, if at all possible. Not spending time on this and then in the end have to throw it away.

30. ISFD should memorise and recall BARO HP/IN last value before/after STD is pushed. - Fixed
31. ISFD - remove BARO (HPA) rounding. - Fixed
32. Oxygen Test. Implemented

34. PFD SEL HDG Compass Card. - Fixed
35. The aircraft.cfg is missing the atc_model=B38M in the [GENERAL] section. - Added
36. Aircraft will not pressurise if leaving Cockpit window open. - Implemented
37. Added Manual option, User can open/close cabin sun visors via EFB.
Footnote: From 3D Cabin view, sun visors that are near default pre-set cabin camera definitions’ can also be clicked on to open/close.
Automatic logic of the cabin sun visor is now consistent with the cabin lighting. When the cabin lights are in TO / APP mode, the sunshades are Opened.
When the aircraft is on the ground and flap is not in the up position and GS > 8kt, the aircraft goes from GATE mode to TO mode.
When the aircraft RA < 2500 and flap > 30 degrees, the aircraft enters APP mode
When the plane is on the ground and the two engines are shutoff, Lights go into GATE mode.

38. APU AC1 & AC2 Source select light trigger. - Fixed
39. VC Tooltip for A/P disconnect bar is wrong. – Fixed
40. Turn Draw vector line error. - Fixed
41. Dynamic wing flexing.
Footnote: Air wing jitter, adjusted the amplitude of the wing jitter a bit, the amplitude of the low jitter increased by 300%, the high jitter unchanged, linear adjustment. The turbulence logic remains unchanged, and an overload of + -0.015 G is required within 3 seconds.

42. T/D calculation and behaviour. - Fixed
43. APU shutdown sound. - Fixed
44. EVRA/Riga RNP Z RWY 18 approaches. - Fixed
45. The slats seem to extend & retract extremely fast when extending and retracting the flaps. -Adjusted
46. SBGR - SBRJ with an RNAV approach, Got this strange PROG total flight plan distance. - Fixed
47. The OEW for the MAX 8 seems way too low. - Increased (99,360lb)
48. Request click spots for Flaps lever in VC. - Added
Footnote: Mouse Click and hold the flap lever, then move mouse UP/DN direction to adjust flap lever position.

49. Elevator and Stabilizer trim out of sync.
Footnote: ELEC STAB Trim Approach logic adjusted for hardware yoke/joystick.

50. Auto Pilot Aggressive Turns. - Adjusted
51. LSZH DEGES 1Y RWY28 SID draw issue. - Fixed
52. Added Captain and First Officer EFB camera views to Virtual Cockpit.
53. Corrected lower wing slat vortilons and upper wing vortex generators.
54. Updated PFD HSI Upset Pitch and Background detach logic.
55. Updated PFD HSI SPD Upset Tape Logic, will blank >M0.835.
56. Added Aural Warning Module test.
57. Seatbelt sign 3D cabin initiation issue. - Fixed
58. CF leg core logic update.

60. FD doesn't retract(disappear) at around 50 feet RA. - Fixed
61. When deleting an altitude constrains in the LEG page, without EXEC the FMC should display the predict crossing altitude instead an empty line.

62. EFB Performance TO Calculations vs Bleed valve. - Core Logic adjusted
Footnote: This is not linked to PACK’s switch position but Bleed Air valve position.

63. Yaw damper switch should after few seconds of IRS switches in align position be able to stay in the ON position. - Corrected
64. Added 3D Cabin Emergency Exit floor lighted strips.
65. Transition through STD altimeter setting. - Fixed
66. RNAV VNAV Approach, reset MCP to MAP altitude. - Fixed
67. Added Trim unit strip light.
68. EFIS BARO STD/QNH should memorize.
69. Adjusted VNAV behaviour in descent with steep turns.
70. EFIS will now delay WXR/TERR refresh by 0.5 seconds when users constantly adjust the EFIS range.
71. Adjusted FMC Performance after Failure.
72. Resolved foreign language character username crash issue.
73. 3D Cabin seatbelt light initiation issue. - Fixed
74. GCU2's equipment cannot be turned off.
75. When the GCU device loses power, the DRIVE light cannot be extinguished.
76. Optimizations for LNAV and VNAV calculations.
77. After passing the last OFFSET point, the OFFSET data is deleted and LNAV directs the aircraft back to its original course.
78. Fixed HUD runway display.
79. Fixed calculation error of GLS data in some cases.
80. Fixed a T/D calculation error when STAR height limit was very high and aircraft passed this point.
81. On Approach VNAV SPD INTV implemented.
82. Fixed HUD FD indication when MCP MAP is set.
83. Fixed Alternate Landing Gear Extension.
84. Fixed small problem with Left Aft Door.
